Every contractor, lead-marketing partner, and network we work with is an independent third party, not our agent, partner, employee, or joint venturer. Any estimate, proposal, contract, payment, warranty, or dispute concerning work on your property is solely between you and the contractor. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor, and we have no responsibility or liability for a contractor's acts or omissions, including their communications with you, the accuracy of their quotes, the quality or timeliness of their work, or their compliance with laws.
By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old; that the information you submit is accurate and complete; that you own the property in question or are authorized to request services for it; and that you are submitting a request because of your own genuine interest in the services described. You agree not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent requests; to scrape, harvest, or copy content or data from the Site; to interfere with the Site's operation or security; or to use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
When you submit a form, you consent to be contacted by DV8 Solutions and by the contractors and partners we share your request with, as described in the consent statement displayed with the form and in our Privacy Policy. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or emailing [email protected].
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, calculators, and software, are owned by DV8 Solutions or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. THE SITE, ITS CONTENT, AND ANY ESTIMATES OR CONTRACTOR CONNECTIONS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY ABOUT ANY CONTRACTOR OR ABOUT ANY WORK PERFORMED ON YOUR PROPERTY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DV8 SOLUTIONS AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, OR FOR ANY DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, ANY ESTIMATE, OR ANY CONTRACTOR OR WORK, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any legal action relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Contractors and other businesses that purchase or receive leads from us are subject to a separate agreement. Nothing in these Terms creates any right to receive leads or any obligation on our part to deliver them.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with a new effective date; your continued use of the Site after that constitutes acceptance. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and DV8 Solutions regarding the Site.
