Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 5, 2026

TrueHomeQuote (truehomequote.com, the "Site") is operated by DV8 Solutions LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("DV8 Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you submit through our forms. When you request an estimate or ask to be connected with a contractor, we collect the contact information and project details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code or property address, whether you own or rent the property, the type of service and job you need, your timeline, and your budget range.

Consent records. When you submit a form, we record the consent language shown to you, the date and time of submission, your IP address, and the page on which you submitted.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics and advertising partners automatically collect information such as your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URLs, the pages you view, the links you click, and the date and time of your visit, using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).

2. How we use your information

3. How we share your information

Contractors and lead-marketing partners. The purpose of the Site is to connect you with home-service professionals. When you submit a request, we share your contact information and project details with home-service contractors and with lead-marketing partners and networks that in turn distribute your request to contractors. These contractors and partners may contact you directly by phone, text message, or email. They are independent businesses with their own privacy practices, and this Privacy Policy does not govern their use of your information. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, this sharing may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. See Section 7 for how to opt out.

Service providers. We share information with vendors that help us operate the Site and our business, such as web hosting, form processing and workflow automation, database hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers. They may use your information only to perform services for us.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information when we believe it is required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of DV8 Solutions, our users, or others.

Business transfers. If DV8 Solutions is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your progress through our forms, understand how visitors use the Site, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. If you disable cookies, some parts of the Site may not work properly. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as described in Section 7.

5. Your choices

6. Deletion requests

To request deletion of your personal information, email [email protected] from the email address you used on the Site, or include the name, email, and phone number you submitted so we can locate your records. We will delete your information from our systems, except where we must retain it to comply with a legal obligation, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or maintain a record of your consent or opt-out. We will also notify contractors and partners to whom we sold or shared your information so that they can delete it, unless doing so is impossible or involves disproportionate effort.

7. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Because we share the information you submit with contractors and lead-marketing partners in exchange for compensation, we may be considered to "sell" or "share" personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state laws. In the past 12 months we have sold or shared the following categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email address, phone number, IP address), contact and property information (ZIP code or address, ownership status), and commercial information (the type of project, timeline, and budget you told us about). We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. To exercise this right:

After you opt out, we will not sell or share your personal information unless you later direct us to, for example by submitting a new request to be connected with contractors. Opting out does not affect information we shared before we received your request; see Section 6 for how to ask those recipients to delete it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.

8. Additional California and state privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you also have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, sell, and share, including the categories of sources and the business purposes; the right to correct inaccurate personal information; the right to delete your personal information; and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not collect or use sensitive personal information for purposes that would give rise to a right to limit its use. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof of the agent's authority and verify your identity directly. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. Residents of other states with consumer privacy laws, including Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Virginia, may have similar rights and may exercise them the same way. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response.

9. Data retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill your request, operate our business, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We keep records of consent and opt-out requests for as long as required by law.

10. Children

The Site is intended for adults who own or are authorized to make decisions about residential property. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
